In this remote position, you will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying the flexibility of a schedule that can accommodate evening and weekend appointments. Our outpatient office structure enables therapists to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that care is tailored to meet their specific needs. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, is facilitated through digital communication platforms, enhancing integrated care.

• Conduct detailed assessments and mental health screenings to identify clients’ challenges and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies reflecting the unique needs of each client, using evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to express themselves.
• Actively collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to create a cohesive care plan for each client.
• Educate and involve family members in the therapeutic process to foster a supportive recovery environment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is thorough and timely.

You will primarily work with a rich tapestry of clients, including those dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. This diverse patient population allows for the development of cultural competence and specialized therapy techniques. Your role is crucial in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, making a significant impact on their quality of life.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated specialized training or considerable experience in mental health counseling.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based practices applicable to a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills with a proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients toward their recovery goals.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within the treatment team.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling methods is a plus, as this role will be primarily conducted online.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for documentation and client interactions.
• Previous work with diverse populations, enhancing your ability to provide culturally competent care.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
