As a remote outpatient therapist, you will collaborate with a diverse group of mental health professionals and work closely with clients from the comfort of your own home or chosen workspace. • Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients seeking outpatient support.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' relational and mental health needs, followed by the development of custom treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Apply family systems theory and various systemic interventions to effectively address family dynamics, communication challenges, and relationship stressors.
• Provide timely support and crisis intervention, ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of clients and their families.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients on effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies that can enhance their relational and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to guarantee comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
• Stay informed on the latest research developments and best practices in marriage and family therapy through ongoing education and training initiatives.

Your therapeutic focus will encompass diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, all seeking assistance to navigate their mental health and relational challenges. • Possession of a current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant therapeutic experience prioritizing outpatient therapy services.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for building rapport with clients and creating effective treatment plans.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in therapeutic practice.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a clinical team environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs, including evening and weekend availability as required.

• Experience in providing outpatient therapy services, particularly in a remote context, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a holistic view of mental health treatment.
• Competence in utilizing telehealth platforms effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for clients during virtual sessions.
