As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michael Adelsbach - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in Insurance required
  • Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance required

No Evenings or Weekends! Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

  • Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
  • I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
  • We have 60 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
