Job description

What you'll get:

Givens Aldersgate is looking for a PRN Receptionist who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and visitors. In this role you will be responsible for greeting residents and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and maintain a congenial environment for residents, family members, visitors, and staff.
Schedule/ Availability:
  • Weekdays: 8 am – 4 pm
  • Weekends: 9 am – 6 pm
What you’ll do:
  • Greet, identify and direct all visitors to proper departments, resident accommodation, etc.
  • Serve as an information resource person to visitors, staff and residents, answering or routing questions to appropriate departments, explaining procedures, etc.
  • Answer, screen and transfer telephone calls. Take and relay messages, as necessary.
  • Operate the public address system for paging and announcements.
  • Keep reception desk and lobby area neat and orderly in order to provide a positive impression on those passing through the area.

  • Relevant experience preferred

Compensation: $15 - $17.50 per hour based on background and experience
