Job description

The incumbent is responsible for taking and directing all incoming telephone calls, greeting and/or directing family members/visitors as well as providing clerical support for Executive Director and other management personnel as requested.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus additional office procedures courses.
  • Prior experience or skills.
  • Must have a friendly and pleasant telephone voice and manner.
  • Computer skills required (proficient in Microsoft Office applications)
