Job description

Receptionist Position

Our growing criminal defense law firm seeks to add a receptionist in our Waco, TX office to service our growing client base starting immediately. We operate a busy and highly successful practice with 16 offices supporting over 130 attorneys. We primarily handle criminal defense misdemeanors and felonies, focusing on DWI cases. We operate as a highly cooperative and collaborative firm, helping to ensure all of our clients receive the best possible service. Our team is detail-oriented driving our growth into new and old markets.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Assist clients via phone, email, and in person with questions or concerns
  • Greet new potential clients in person
  • Provide assistance to attorneys when requested
  • Enter new clients into the case management system and maintain the file
  • Filing, backup phone operator & other clerical duties

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of legal or receptionist experience is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required

Pay is $18.00/hr
