Medical Receptionist - Tukwila & Covington, WA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM | No evenings, weekends, or holidays
Float between Tukwila and Covington clinics as needed to support both locations
Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hour (DOE)
Puget Sound Pain Clinic, the premier pain management clinic in the Seattle-Tacoma region, is seeking a friendly, dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. You'll be the welcoming face for our patients-many of whom live with chronic pain-and play a vital role in creating a positive, compassionate experience from check-in to check-out.
What You'll Do:
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing courteous and helpful service
  • Schedule appointments for new and established patients
  • Collect co-pays and verify insurance details
  • Contact patients regarding no-shows, pre-op requirements, and follow-ups
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while taking accurate messages
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and workspace
  • Assist with scanning, filing, and general office support tasks
  • Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Float between Tukwila and Covington clinics as needed to support both locations
