Receptionist Opportunity

Do you have excellent organization and customer service skills? Can you multi-task in a busy environment? Are you looking to gain experience in a medical environment? If so, Albany ENT & Allergy Services is looking for you!

Albany ENT & Allergy Services is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join the team. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing a quality patient experience. Performing administrative and customer service-related tasks including check-in, appointment scheduling, and verifying insurance. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a customer service background. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow as a professional!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a medical office preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills including the ability to master the office's software.
  • Critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and consistent professional conduct.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required as well as interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $18.00 to $21.00. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
