As our Receptionist, you are the first impression and lasting impression. You are the face of the community.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a welcoming, informed, and professional presence in the lobby
  • Greet residents, families, and guests with genuine warmth and respect
  • Answer and direct incoming calls accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain a calm, orderly environment
  • Record and relay messages with high attention to detail
  • Assist residents with scheduling services and coordinating requests
  • Support resident activities and events in lobby areas
  • Maintain and update resident directories and office documentation
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and appropriately
  • Support the team with a โ€œwhatever it takesโ€ attitude

Requirements
  • Previous receptionist experience required
