Receptionist | Las Vegas, NV
A national multi-office law firm is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist to join its Las Vegasoffice. This is a full-time, front desk position offering a competitive salary, full benefits, and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients, and staff.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional with excellent communication and multitasking skills, particularly those with experience in a legal or professional services setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system; take and relay messages as needed
  • Manage daily mail and package deliveries, including logging and distributing items
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments via FedEx/UPS and maintain incoming fax distribution
  • Update and maintain staff extension list and conference room calendar
  • Organize and manage the front desk area and ensure conference rooms are clean and stocked
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; coordinate with vendors for restocking and equipment maintenance
  • Provide general administrative support and assist in scheduling meetings and conference calls
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support office efficiency

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk administrative assistant; law firm or professional services background preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Physical Requirements
