Steeltown Ford is currently seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support during evening shifts and Saturdays. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers and assist in ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.

- Provide information to customers regarding dealership services, products, and promotions.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with patience and efficiency.

- Collaborate with other dealership staff to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
