Rock Hill Health & Rehab is seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Full-Time Receptionist & Central Supply Coordinator to join our team. This position combines front-desk reception responsibilities with managing and maintaining facility supplies. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties:
  • Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Assist visitors with questions and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with general clerical duties, filing, copying, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and facility leadership.
  • Maintain resident and facility confidentiality at all times.

Central Supply Duties:
  • Order, receive, organize, and distribute nursing and facility supplies.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure needed supplies are readily available to staff.
  • Monitor supply usage and identify items that need to be reordered.
  • Stock and organize supply rooms and nursing units.
  • Receive deliveries and verify orders for accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and supply records.
  • Communicate with nursing and department leaders regarding supply needs.
