Job description

Sunflower Development Center is seeking high-quality BTs and RBTs who are looking for a more clinically supported, collaborative environment. We prioritize strong programming, meaningful outcomes, and staff who want to do excellent work.
This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced BCBAs in a setting that emphasizes naturalistic, play-based, and developmentally appropriate interventions including NDBI, PRT, and ESDM-informed approaches.
What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
Support communication, social, play, and daily living skill development
Work across center, home, and community settings to promote generalization
Collect high-quality data and collaborate with your supervising BCBA

RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain (training provided)
