About us: Behavior Matters LLC is owned by a BCBA & parent of an adult with autism and is a company specializing in 1:1 ABA therapy. Our work culture is open, supportive, and committed to our mission of using empirically validated methods and strategies to teach each client. We are looking for individuals to join our team of hard-working, compassionate professionals working in the ABA field.

Job requirements include but are not limited to:

  • 1:1 direct service to clients
  • Leading small groups of clients in various skills/activities
  • Manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions for real-time data collection
  • Ability to walk a mile
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 lbs

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver’s License
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Current RBT certification preferred BONUS for applicants with current RBT certification
