We're looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (RBTs). No RBT certification? No problem—we provide paid training and support you through the certification process.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will include:

  • Teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills
  • Helping children build independence and confidence
  • Using fun, engaging activities to support learning and growth
  • Following individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
  • Collecting data during sessions to track progress and celebrate successes
  • Collaborating with families and supervisors to help children reach meaningful goals

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships while making a lasting impact.

We're currently hiring for the following part-time shifts:

  • 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
