Are you searching for a meaningful role as a Behavior Technician, RBT, or ABA therapist? Advanceable ABA is hiring motivated individuals who want to build a career in behavior analysis and autism services while making a real impact.

This is a home-based ABA therapy position, where you’ll work one-on-one with children in their natural environment to support skill development and independence.

Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Sessions focus on communication, behavior support, and daily living skills through structured and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the client’s home

  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

  • Collect and record session data accurately

  • Support children with autism in building social, behavioral, and communication skills

  • Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

  • Stay active and engaged (playing, moving, interacting throughout sessions)
