Fast Track Delivery Company is an independent Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) serving customers throughout Saint Cloud, Minnesota, and surrounding communities. We’re expanding our local delivery team and hiring responsible, energetic individuals for Delivery Driver positions.

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll spend your workday delivering Amazon packages to homes, apartment communities, businesses, and other customer locations. You’ll drive a company-provided delivery van, follow an assigned route using delivery and navigation technology, and help ensure packages reach customers safely and on time.

Our drivers play an important role in the last-mile delivery process. Each shift begins at the delivery station, where you’ll prepare your assigned vehicle, organize packages, and load everything needed for your route.

Once your vehicle is ready, you’ll head out on an assigned delivery route throughout Saint Cloud and nearby communities. You’ll navigate between stops, deliver packages, and complete your route while following company procedures and required safety standards.

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van throughout your shift.
• Deliver Amazon packages to homes, apartments, businesses, and other customer locations.
• Load, sort, and organize packages according to your assigned delivery route.
• Use delivery technology and GPS navigation to locate and complete scheduled stops.
• Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct required vehicle safety inspections before and after each shift.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Keep dispatch informed of route issues, delays, or other situations when necessary.
• Work independently and effectively manage your assigned route.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors and drive in changing Minnesota weather conditions.
• Complete end-of-day procedures and return any undelivered packages to the station.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Safe driving history required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Able to repeatedly lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable operating a delivery van for extended periods.
• Able to frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to safe work practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
• Previous delivery, transportation, warehouse, or logistics experience is helpful but not required.
