What We're Looking For:

As a Room Service Delivery Attendant you will ensure an outstanding in-room dining experience by delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and accurately. This role involves setting up trays or tables with precision and responding to guest requests with professionalism and warmth. With a focus on exceptional service and attention to detail, the Room Service Delivery Attendant contributes to creating memorable and enjoyable stays for every guest.

  • Effective at prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth operations, and timely guest service.

What You'll Do:

  • Complete setup and preparation tasks at the start of each shift.
  • Deliver guest amenities, food, and beverages promptly to guest rooms.
  • Ensure that orders are accurate, complete, and meet hotel presentation standards.
  • Set up trays, carts, or in-room dining tables as requested by the guest.
  • Greet guests warmly, explain orders, and respond to any questions.
  • Ensure that guests are satisfied with their orders and promptly address any issues.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely preparation of orders.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and report feedback or concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain room service areas, clear used trays, and restock supplies.
  • Follow hotel policies for food handling and ensure sanitation standards are met.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Includes:

  • Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards
  • Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighting 35 plus pounds
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in food service operation preferred.
