Job description

What to Expect in the Role:
   Prepare soil and growth medium.
   Fill tanks with water and handle irrigation equipment.
   Plant crops
   Harvest and package crop
   Load and unload trucks.
   Operate farm equipment and other motor equipment when necessary.
   When work is not available, workers may be offered other general agricultural duties, including building and equipment maintenance, repairing fences, and similar tasks.
   Other duties as assigned.

What We Will Be Needing From You:
   The ability to understand and carry out oral instructions.
   The ability to learn to use and/or operate light motor equipment.
