Position Description

Travel MRI Tech

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 13wks

Shift: 8a-6:30p M-TR with call routine every third weekend 8a-12p

Required: ARRT(MR), BLS, 1+yrs recent MRI exp

It is preferred but not required that the MRI Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT); has Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through ARRT and maintains a State License as a general radiographer. The MRI Technologist is responsible for providing timely imaging services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include: ability to change imaging parameters to study soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities with or without the use of contrast media.
