Job description

Radiology Affiliates Imaging (RAI), a long-standing and respected radiology practice and member of the Radiology Partners (RP) team, is seeking a full-time Breast Imaging Radiologist. This position offers a one-year partnership track and focuses exclusively on breast imaging, utilizing state-of-the-art AI tools and a unified reading platform. The role provides an excellent work-life balance with no nights, evenings, weekends, or holidays required.

  • Member of the Radiology Partners (RP) team since 2019
  • Modernized practice workflow with national resources
  • Utilizes state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence tools, including recoMD, Aidoc, and RadAI Omni
  • Implemented a best-in-class unified reading platform
  • Supports outpatient imaging centers in and around Trenton, NJ: Windsor Radiology (East Windsor, NJ), RAI Lawrenceville (Lawrenceville, NJ), RAI Hamilton (Hamilton, NJ), Holy Redeemer Women's Healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Perform 100% breast imaging (screening and diagnostic mammography, breast MR, breast US)
  • Support outpatient imaging centers located in (and around) Trenton, NJ

Compensation

  • Full-time partnership eligible position (1 Year)
  • Salary range for this position is $500,000-$700,000
  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • Signing bonus
  • Retention bonus after one year
  • Productivity incentive - Paid per RVU after exceeding productivity goals

Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • BE or Certified, ABR or AOBR
  • Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
  • Fellowship-trained in women's imaging
  • A proven track record of outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Residents and Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Breast procedures (i.e. stereotactic/MR/US-guided biopsies, Magseed/needle localization, etc.) desirable, but not required
