  • Operating and overseeing streaming production tools, including live switching, encoding, clipping, publishing, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Creating platform-native digital and social video content, including live clips, short-form video, graphics, and text-based storytelling optimized for mobile & CTV consumption.
  • Collaborating with newsroom, digital, social, and production teams to align coverage, workflows, and priorities across platforms.
  • Monitoring real-time analytics, audience behavior, and trending topics to inform editorial and production decisions before, during, and after live streams.

  • Two or more years of experience producing digital video, live streams, or social-first news content. Newsroom experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical proficiency with live streaming workflows, including video switching, live publishing, clipping, and distribution.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing tools and production software, Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings or late nights.
  • Will be required to work weekend and holidays shifts as needed and will be required to be on site during major breaking news events and weather emergencies.
