Under the general direction of the Assoc Dir Clinical Services, this position performs program analytics and supports continuous quality improvement efforts for Health and Wellness programs and Division of Student Affairs initiatives. Responsibilities include statistical data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization; supporting accreditation and compliance activities; and assisting with the evaluation of program effectiveness to inform planning and decision-making across Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Student Health Services (SHS) and other Health & Wellness related programs. The incumbent is the subject matter expert for program evaluation in coordination with supervisor.
In addition, the position contributes to an inclusive and supportive environment by delivering equitable, culturally responsive, and student-centered services that enhance the quality of campus life and support student retention and graduation, consistent with the division's commitment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of research methods, survey design, program evaluation techniques, and assessment methodology, including experience designing and distributing surveys through platforms such as Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, Campus Labs, SurveyMonkey, or similar tools. They possess advanced analytical skills, with the ability to collect, extract, analyze, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data using statistical and data analysis software such as Python, SPSS, SAS, R, and Excel, as well as qualitative analysis tools. This individual is adept at leveraging analytics embedded within third-party systems such as PnC and Titanium and can independently learn software functions through vendor documentation with limited institution-specific support. They provide expert guidance on data quality, usability, research ethics, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including HIPAA and FERPA, while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information. The successful candidate is highly organized and capable of managing multiple assignments, adapting to changing priorities, meeting deadlines, and exercising sound judgment in a dynamic environment. They are skilled at analyzing complex problems, identifying practical solutions, and making recommendations within established guidelines. In addition, they demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to prepare, edit, and present clear, accurate reports, correspondence, and documentation for diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills allow them to build and maintain effective working relationships with clinical, administrative, and other stakeholders, while working both independently under general direction and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. A commitment to university policies, procedures, professional standards, and the accurate maintenance of records and documentation is essential to success in this role.
