MUST DO

  • Maintain audio and video systems across Willie George Ministries and be a mix engineer for weekend services. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain audio, video, stagecraft areas, and QSYS Network across WGM.  
  • Plan, install, configure, and administer system hardware/software and related infrastructure. 
  • Work alongside the Production Systems Manager to provide a preventative maintenance schedule for WGM systems.
  • Be a mix engineer for weekend services at any church.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Production volunteers. 
  • Train Production teams on the operation of new equipment.
  • Assist with other production duties across WGM as assigned by Systems Manager and Production Director.



Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years production experience
  • QSYS 1, Dante 1, and RTS certifications (within 1yr of being hired)
  • Strong ability to build, lead, develop, and care for teams spiritually and in technology
  • Proficient in a wide range of technology including but not limited to Apple, Windows, Adobe, CAD, SSL, Ross Video, L'Acoustics, JBL, QSYS, Blackmagic, Broadcast Video Systems, Dante
  • Have a growth mindset
  • Desire to continually improve existing systems, and create and implement new systems
  • Experience with all physical aspects of production equipment and infrastructure
  • Strong attention to live production detail 
  • Able to see the big picture and pivot quickly
  • The ability to see details at a distance and at close range, within a few feet of the observer
  • The ability to detect or tell the difference between sounds that vary in pitch and volume 
  • The ability to focus on a single source of sound in the presence of other distracting sounds
  • Be physically able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs., and stand for long periods
  • Skilled with fork-lifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts


WORK SCHEDULE

  • 40 hours per week, weekends required
