Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care? We're looking for a confident, compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team every other weekend.

What You'll DoAs the Weekend RN Supervisor, you'll oversee nursing operations during your assigned shift, ensuring residents receive exceptional care while supporting and mentoring clinical staff.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing clinical leadership and supervision for nursing staff during your shift
Conducting resident rounds and responding to changes in condition
Assessing new admissions and ongoing resident needs
Coordinating and overseeing individualized care plans
Communicating effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Reviewing and implementing physician orders accurately and promptly
Supporting direct resident care when needed, including medication administration and treatments
Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
Maintaining adequate staffing levels and assisting with staffing adjustments as needed
Participating in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Assisting with regulatory surveys and maintaining survey readiness

Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Peripheral IV Certification
