Description:

As a Senior QA Analyst at CorServ, you will bring a strong passion for quality, a sharp eye for detail, and a solid foundation in QA methodologies. This role requires the ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply a large volume of product, platform, and industry knowledge in a fast-moving environment. You will be technically focused and experienced in both manual testing and database validation. Success in this role depends on strong communication skills, rapid knowledge retention, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely in writing, including defects, test cases, and technical documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring that all platforms and systems function as intended and meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Rapidly acquire and maintain a deep understanding of credit card features and functionality across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Support quality assurance efforts for web, mobile, and IVR applications.
  • Write clear, concise, and actionable defect reports, test cases, and test documentation that can be easily understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Draft and execute test cases and scripts; analyze and document results.
  • Identify, log, and track defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with development and delivery teams to ensure clear understanding and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain and update regression test cases, scenarios, and criteria.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Continuously expand product, platform, and industry knowledge to keep pace with ongoing releases and enhancements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and actionable technical documentation with minimal rework.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb, retain, and apply large volumes of complex information.
  • Proven success ramping up rapidly across multiple systems, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with Fiserv and Global Payments (TSYS) platforms and transaction processing.
  • Extensive experience in the financial services and/or credit card industry, including knowledge of industry processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Thorough understanding of and adherence to banking policies, laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work within the CorServ footprint (AL, FL, GA, IA, KY, NC, NE, TN, TX, WI, WY)
