Job Summary:
Total Quality Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst focused on Process Improvement to join their team. The ideal candidate will leverage data, automation, and structured problem-solving to identify and deliver measurable operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain scalable datasets and data models using SQL and BI tools
• Define and track key process performance metrics (KPIs), including baseline and future-state comparisons
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Move beyond descriptive reporting to proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
• Quantify business impact (e.g., cycle time reduction, error reduction, capacity gains) and track results over time
• Conduct root cause analysis to address issues and prevent recurring inefficiencies
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize projects, and align improvements with organizational goals
• Translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly communication
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve data workflows
