What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive assigned vehicle durability routes while following established testing procedures.
  • Perform vehicle evaluations under a variety of driving conditions.
  • Complete daily driver reports and accurately document test results.
  • Conduct vehicle safety inspections and report any concerns.
  • Test vehicle systems including engine, transmission, braking, noise, vibration, and overall performance.
  • Assist with vehicle preparation, shuttling, detailing, and other garage-related tasks.
  • Follow all customer safety policies and procedures.
  • Mentor other drivers when assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • You're at least 18 years old.
  • You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • You can confidently operate a manual transmission.
  • You have strong attention to detail and accurately complete documentation.
  • You're dependable, safety-focused, and work well independently.
  • You're comfortable sitting for extended periods while driving.
  • You can meet the company's background check and drug screen requirements.
