Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Rhodes Building Company, LLC, a commercial general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects ranging from $400K–$1M from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of assigned commercial projects
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients during build-out stage
  • Review change orders, pay applications, and project cost reports
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience managing projects in the $400K–$1M range
