Job Title: Project Coordinator - Marketing Location-Type: Hybrid 3 days in Concordville, PA Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 Month C2H Compensation Range: $30-35/hr Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role provides day-to-day project coordination and administrative support across the client's marketing, digital, and web teams, keeping multiple concurrent projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward without requiring constant direction. Job Summary •Maintain project schedules, task lists, timelines, and documentation within project management software to ensure activities are clearly tracked and aligned to priorities and deadlines •Monitor assigned projects and tasks routinely to identify upcoming deadlines, overdue items, or potential delays, and follow up with responsible stakeholders to keep work progressing •Review incoming and ongoing projects for required content, files, and prerequisites, coordinating with team members and stakeholders to obtain missing or incomplete items •Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and supporting materials, document key decisions and action items, and distribute follow-up communications •Assist in maintaining project dashboards, reports, and status updates, including gathering and validating information needed for management reviews •Support web and digital project coordination, including participating in technical conversations involving APIs and development with cross-functional and offshore teams •Coordinate ongoing marketing deliverables such as social posts, graphics, copy, emails, landing pages, and case studies from initiation through completion Minimum Requirements: •2-3 years of project coordination or project management experience, including web or digital project coordination •Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously •Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present clearly and concisely to senior-level and executive stakeholders •Experience with project management software such as Workfront, Jira, or Asana •Comfort working in a heavily matrixed organization, coordinating across multiple teams, functions, and geographies without requiring significant oversight •General understanding of web development concepts and ability to engage in technical conversations involving APIs and development Preferred Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education and experience •Experience managing or coordinating web development projects, including site launches •Marketing experience or familiarity with marketing processes and deliverables such as emails, landing pages, and case studies •Experience with Adobe Workfront specifically •Experience working with offshore or international development teams
