Overview
Assist in daily project management services supporting a client account, providing strong client service and operational support on federal and missioncritical projects.

Summary of Duties / Essential Functions

Assist the Senior Project Manager with administrative and project management functions related tocritical environment projects, including enterprise data centers and infrastructure work.

Proactively manage and trackprojectrelated issueson the account.

Demonstrate proficiency in the use ofproject management tools and systemsrequired for assigned projects.

Assist in developingproject scope, schedules, and documentationfor assigned efforts.

Document and distributeweekly meeting notesand action items.

Coordinate activities ofcontractors and subcontractors, including relocation of technical functions as required.

Supportminor renovation and infrastructure projectsas assigned.

Interact with and support coordination withcontractors and subcontractors.

Maintain a proactive focus on meetingclient and project requirementsin a timely and costeffective manner.

Make independent decisions related to assigned responsibilities and seek guidance on decisions outside defined scope.

Supportvendor RFP coordinationand maintain accurate and consistent electronic project files.

Support the account team in achievingbusiness development goals, including preparation of information for existing contract expansions or new pursuits.

Maintain client relationships and assist withissue resolutionas needed.

Perform other projectrelated duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must be a US citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a DoD Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to successfully obtain (and maintain) a DoD Secret Clearance.

2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management supporting data center or missioncritical environments.

Familiarity withfederal government contractingand documentation practices is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact withinternal and external stakeholders.

Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.

Proficiency withMicrosoft Office / Microsoft 365(Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

70,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
