Job Description Construction Site Laborers Pay: $20-$25 HR/DOE | Location: Coldwater, MI | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and safe job site by sweeping work areas, removing debris, and collecting trash throughout the construction project. Assist construction crews by delivering tools, equipment, and materials to designated work areas in a timely manner. Load, unload, and organize construction materials and supplies to support daily operations and improve site efficiency.

Follow safety procedures and site regulations while performing general labor tasks, helping maintain a productive and hazard-free work environment. Requirements: 1-2 years experience on a construction site No certifications required Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift Work all hours assigned. Will work weekends as needed Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
