As a HawksmoorBarProductionteam member,youplay a key role in the smooth and successful operation of thebar.Youare responsibleforconsistentlydeliveringHawksmoor'sstandards ofquality and ensuring all prep, batching, and bar production runs efficiently.Working closely with the widerbarteam,you help make sureevery drink is ready, batches areatpeak quality, and the bar isfully prepared for service.Hawksmoor isproud tobeaninclusive workplace that welcomes everyone and lives by its values.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

GuestExperience

Prepareandmaintainbatches,garnishes, and all bar prep to ensure seamless service and high-quality drinks.

Take ownership of the prep area, keeping it clean,organizedand fullystocked throughout service.

Ensure enough prep and batches are ready to last through service(including375mland750mlbottles) to prevent stock-outs.

MaintainHawksmoor qualitystandards in all batches - taste everything and ensure consistency andexcellence.

Support the bar team to ensure all drinksare deliveredefficientlyandatpeak quality.

Physical and Mental Demands

Mobility:Mustbe able to move continuously around the dining room, kitchen, and bar areasduring the shift.
