We'relooking for experienced Bar Production (Prep) Specialists to join our team and helpus open our third US restaurant

As a HawksmoorBarProductionteam member,youplay a key role in the smooth and successful operation of thebar.Youare responsibleforconsistentlydeliveringHawksmoor'sstandards ofquality and ensuring all prep, batching, and bar production runs efficiently.Working closely with the widerbarteam,you help make sureevery drink is ready, batches areatpeak quality, and the bar isfully prepared for service.Hawksmoor isproud tobeaninclusive workplace that welcomes everyone and lives by its values.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

GuestExperience

Prepareandmaintainbatches,garnishes, and all bar prep to ensure seamless service and high-quality drinks.

Take ownership of the prep area, keeping it clean,organizedand fullystocked throughout service.

Ensure enough prep and batches are ready to last through service(including375mland750mlbottles) to prevent stock-outs.

MaintainHawksmoor qualitystandards in all batches - taste everything and ensure consistency andexcellence.

Support the bar team to ensure all drinksare deliveredefficientlyandatpeak quality.

TeamEngagement & Culture

Operational Standards

Manage timeeffectivelyto support team priorities anddailyoperational needs.

Compile non-consumable orders for management asrequired.

Receive and correctly store bar deliveries.

Understands and follow stock rotation and storage procedures.

Recognize howerrorsaffect both guest experience andthe wider business.

Complete tasks from the weekly cleaning schedule andassistwith extraduties as requested by managers.

Actively work to reduce waste and improveefficiency behind the bar.

Comply withlateness and absence policies.

Physical and Mental Demands

Mobility:Mustbe able to move continuously around the dining room, kitchen, and bar areasduring the shift.

Lifting & Carrying:Occasionallylifts and carries trays, plates, and items weighing up to ~ 25 to 30 lbs.

Communication:Abilitytoclearly and effectively communicate with guests, kitchenstaff, and management.

Cognitive:Abilityto process guest requests, manage multiple tables simultaneously, andprioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:Whileperforming the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed tomoderate to loud noise levels consistent with a high-volume restaurant. Thepace is fast and requires multi-tasking under pressure.
