  • Assist Supervisors in warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

  • Oversee warehouse production for Pick and Pack production and ensure warehouse processing is enforced through the shift.

  • Maintain warehouse job results by coaching, counseling, managing employees, and covering multiple positions as needed to support daily operations.


Job description

We're offer two flexible scheduling options based on both our operational needs and your preferences.
โ€ข Option 1: Four 10-hour shifts โ€” Friday, Saturday, Sunday, plus one additional weekday. 40 hours
โ€ข Option 2: Three 12-hour shifts โ€” Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 36 hours

Applicants must be able to arrive as early as 5:30 AM and stay as late as 6:00 PM when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Supervisors in warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Must consistently display a positive attitude and a genuine openness to learning and growth.
  • Comply with the enforcement of warehouse processing through the shift.
  • Oversees warehouse production for Pick and Pack production.
  • Completes warehouse production requirements through positive influence on work results.
  • Maintains warehouse job results by coaching, counseling, and managing employees throughout the shift.
  • Requires the ability to cover multiple positions as needed. Candidate must be able to assist with staffing adjustments and step into any role to support daily operations.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Pick/Pack experience
  • 2+ years Warehouse Supervision, Developing, motivating employees to be the best they can! Daily Warehouse Supervision, Safety Management and supervising warehouse processes for performance and efficiency.
  • Positive Attitude
  • Bilingual is a plus
