Job description

Company Description Greenway Coffee Company is a Houston-based specialty coffee roaster. The company focuses on sourcing, roasting, and retails coffee to local customers, cafes, and restaurants.


Greenway Coffee Company is looking for a positive, self-motivated individual to join the roasting production team. They will assist with all aspects of our delivery process as well as the production of our professionally packaged coffee, tea, and baked goods for our retail and wholesale customers.


This position requires driving and delivering products to our stores and wholesale partners. You will represent Greenway Coffee Company in a friendly and professional manner at all times including wearing Greenway and affiliated cafe branded shirts, closed toe shoes, and pants. You will be asked to conduct some customer support while on delivery including but not limited to checking dial in coffee parameters, checking water filter replacement date, stock/inventory, and checking in with each point of contact at wholesale accounts.


This important role also involves assisting our coffee Production team. Primarily the focus is packaging and order fulfillment for our store and our wholesale customers. It includes a range of related duties, including safely operating and maintaining a range of equipment in our production facility and stores as well as being proactive in keeping and maintaining a tidy, clutter free, clean and well stocked warehouse operation.


The ideal candidate will work effectively in a team environment, and display initiative to complete tasks. You will be flexible and adaptable to varied work environments. Attention to detail is especially important in the production process to ensure that product type, weight, and other information is accurate and packages are labeled appropriately. Strong problem solving and analytical skills including good math skills.
