Job description

General Contractor specializing in the Healthcare Market Sector in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area has an immediate opening for Project Superintendent. Minimum 10 years Construction Supervision experience including 3 years within the Healthcare market preferred.
Job Responsibilities: Directing and supervising multiple subcontractors to ensure on time completion of the project and lead quality control progress including safety compliance requirements. Responsibilities also include acting as a liaison between the client and the Project Manager to ensure proper coordination of all aspects of the project.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Superintendent in the commercial construction industry and medical renovation experience is necessary. Computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore and scheduling software. Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish is a plus. Excellent driving record.
