What You Bring:

  • Expertise in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and floorplans
  • A solid understanding of structural systems, sitework, foundations, and sequencing of ground-up builds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ProCore (or similar project management platforms)
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when working with demanding clients
  • Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel to construction sites and work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
  • (Experienced tradespeople with significant ground-up project leadership experience will also be considered)
  • High school diploma or GED required
Important:

Ground-up experience is essential for this role. We're looking for someone who understands what it takes to lead a project from bare land to a finished, functional building and who thrives in that challenge.

Ready to Build?
  • If you're a seasoned construction leader with a passion for field excellence and a history of delivering successful ground-up projects, we want to hear from you. Be ready to provide professional references during the interview process.
