Weekend Procore information

What is the difference between Weekend Procore vs Weekend Electrician?

AspectWeekend ProcoreWeekend Electrician
CertificationsProcore Certification, OSHAElectrical License, OSHA
Work EnvironmentConstruction sites, project managementResidential/commercial electrical work
Industry UsageConstruction, project coordinationElectrical services, installations

Weekend Procore roles focus on construction project management and coordination, often requiring certifications like Procore and OSHA. Weekend Electricians perform electrical installations and repairs, typically holding electrical licenses. While both roles may work on construction sites, Procore professionals handle project oversight, whereas Electricians focus on electrical systems. The choice depends on whether you prefer project management or technical electrical work during weekends.

Is Procore a good place to work?

Weekend Procore roles typically involve construction project management and require familiarity with Procore software. The work environment often includes collaborative teams, flexible schedules, and opportunities for skill development. Overall, employee reviews suggest it can be a positive workplace for those interested in construction technology and project coordination.

Does Procore have unlimited PTO?

Procore, as a construction management software company, does not typically offer unlimited paid time off (PTO) to its employees. PTO policies vary by role and location, and most companies provide a set number of paid days off based on tenure or position. It is advisable to check specific company policies or employment agreements for detailed PTO information.

How to get hired at Procore?

To get hired as a Weekend Procore, candidates should review the job requirements, which often include relevant construction or project management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Procore's software platform. Applying through the company's careers page and preparing for interviews that assess technical knowledge and teamwork can improve chances of hiring.

What are the disadvantages of Procore?

As a construction project management platform, Procore can be costly for small firms and requires training to use effectively. Its complexity may lead to a steep learning curve, and reliance on internet connectivity can impact access during outages. Additionally, some users find the interface less intuitive compared to other tools.

Job description

Construction Superintendent – Lead Commercial and State Construction Projects

Job Overview:

  • Company: ONE SOURCE CONSTRUCTION
  • Salary / Pay Rate: $100,000–$115,000+ annualized earning potential, based on experience, with weekly pay, overtime potential, and performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Location: Massachusetts / Greater Boston Area — travel to project sites required.
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Project Scope: Commercial, state, municipal, MBTA, and public-sector renovation / retrofit projects.
  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, OSHA 30-Hour Certification, and valid driver’s license.

The Opportunity: ONE SOURCE CONSTRUCTION is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial, state, municipal, MBTA, and public-sector construction projects across Massachusetts.

This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who can manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, read plans and specifications, solve jobsite issues, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Our work is primarily commercial renovation, retrofit, repairs, facility upgrades, and public-sector improvements rather than ground-up construction.

You will have the autonomy to make critical field decisions while working closely with company leadership and project management. We invest in systems, technology, organization, and operational structure to help our field leaders succeed.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Take ownership of day-to-day field operations to drive high-quality and timely project completion.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, deliveries, and daily jobsite activities.
  • Oversee one or more active projects at a time, depending on project size, schedule, and client requirements.
  • Identify and resolve technical, logistical, and scheduling issues before they impact the project timeline or budget.
  • Maintain strong jobsite safety standards and enforce OSHA and project-specific compliance requirements.
  • Review and interpret architectural plans, project specifications, submittals, and field documentation.
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and field communication using Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, company leadership, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • Support work in occupied public facilities, transit environments, municipal buildings, universities, hospitals, and active commercial spaces.
  • Remain flexible for occasional night, weekend, or off-shift work when required for MBTA shutdowns or occupied facility access.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
  • Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.
  • Completed OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience managing commercial renovation, retrofit, repair, or facility improvement projects.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, submittals, and field documentation.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing day-to-day jobsite operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects organized with minimal oversight.
  • Willingness to travel between active project sites throughout Greater Boston and surrounding Massachusetts markets.
  • Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, or off-shift schedules when project requirements demand it.
  • Demonstrated physical capability to lift and move construction materials weighing 60+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience with state, municipal, MBTA, DCAM, public-sector, or large-scale commercial building projects.
  • Experience working in occupied facilities such as transit stations, municipal buildings, universities, hospitals, public buildings, or active commercial spaces.
  • Experience managing projects up to approximately $2M in value.
  • Experience managing more than one active project at a time.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for subcontractor management and field leadership.
  • Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Familiarity with prevailing wage projects is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000–$115,000+ annualized earning potential, based on experience and hours worked.
  • Weekly pay cycle at a competitive hourly rate.
  • Overtime potential.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • 401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.
  • Comprehensive health insurance, including medical and dental coverage.
  • Paid time off, including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
  • Daily per diem allowance for qualifying travel project assignments.
  • Access to prevailing wage projects.
  • Company smartphone or tablet provided.
  • Company vehicle potential.
  • Professional uniforms provided.
  • Wellness reimbursements and stipends.
  • Required personal safety equipment provided.
  • Continuous training and certification support, including manufacturer and safety training.
