Job Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The CNA at Ingleside Communities completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.

Compensation:
CNA -
- CNA base hourly wage: $20.00 – $23.45 per hour dependent on experience
- PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

CNA base hourly wage: $20.00 – $23.45 per hour dependent on experience

Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:

Select Level: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend)

Pro Level: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)

Elite Level: base hourly wage +$10.00/hour (4 consecutive weekends; 5th weekend off)

PLUS shift differentials - $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

Key Responsibilities:
-
Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.

Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs.

Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN.

Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.

Document results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.
