PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

Job Type: PRN / As Needed

Position: Registered Nurse(RN)

Pay Rate: 65,000 to 70,000
Location: Columbus, GA

Caremaster Medical Services is looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team on a PRN basis. This flexible nursing position is ideal for Georgia RNs looking for home care nursing opportunities and the ability to work with a variety of clients at different times.

Responsibilities
  • Complete initial client admissions and nursing assessments in the home.

  • Conduct supervisory visits and monitor the quality of client care.

  • Assess client needs and identify changes in condition.

  • Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and the care team.

  • Complete accurate nursing documentation and required visit reports.

  • Ensure care is provided safely and according to the established plan of care.

  • Provide professional, compassionate, client-centered nursing care.

Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.

  • Previous experience in home care, home health, private duty, or community nursing preferred.
