CRNA - PRN Pediatric Bakersfield Memorial Hospital

Coachella Valley Anesthesia, in partnership with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, is launching a new pediatric anesthesia program and seeking PRN CRNAs to support and help grow this important service line. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new program from the beginning while joining a strong, well-supported anesthesia team within a rapidly expanding regional hospital.

Position Highlights: PRN/Per Diem CRNA opportunities available Flexible scheduling options Opportunity to support a newly developed pediatric anesthesia service line Collaborative MD/CRNA care model Diverse case mix within a busy, growing hospital environment Dedicated specialty support teams including pediatric anesthesia, cardiac, OB, and regional anesthesia Strong administrative and clinical infrastructure supporting program launch and growth Optional opportunities for additional shifts and adult cases

Compensation & Benefits: Starting compensation: $250+ per hour for pediatric cases Compensation varies based on experience and relevant factors Additional earning opportunities available 1099 independent contractor model Malpractice insurance provided

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program Pediatric experience is a plus NBCRNA certification required Eligible for or active California CRNA licensure Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred, but not required Comfortable working within a collaborative team-based environment
