Privacy Analyst

Required Skills/Experience:
The assigned Individual shall have the following skills, training, and experience: Identifying, resolving, and completing all aspects of privacy compliance and privacy risk management activities. Reviewing and evaluating technologies to ensure that privacy controls and risks to privacy are fully documented with appropriate mitigation. Establishing, disseminating and/or managing Government information including implementing policies and procedures to manage Government information and providing information-related assistance and services to all types of managers and employees in support of day-to-day operations.
Experience interpreting, implementing, and providing support on disclosure and privacy policy/compliance issues in accordance with the Privacy Act, E-Government Act, FISMA, OMB and/or NIST mandates/directives.
Experience analyzing and applying disclosure and privacy-related laws and requirements (e.g., Privacy Act, OMB, FISMA, or NIST) to evaluate the potential effects of such laws/requirements on business operations and developing strategies to assist agency operations in meeting their disclosure and/or privacy compliance requirements.
Experience providing policy analysis to agency programs and identifying regulatory or policy limitations pursuant to the Privacy Act, E-Government Act, FISMA, OMB and/or NIST mandates/directives.
At Minimum education required is a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of experience.
