Multiple Shifts available including:

  • 1st Shift!
  • 2nd Shift- includes wage + $1.50 Shift differential
  • 4-crew dayshift: 12-hour shift that rotates every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week. 6am-6pm- Incudes base wage + 9% differential
  • 4-crew nightshift: 12-hour shift that rotates every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week. 6pm-6am- Incudes base wage + $2.00 shift differential + 9% differential

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Flexo Press Operator to join our dynamic team in Brooklyn Park, MN. As a Flexo Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality printed materials. If you have a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

We operate narrow-web presses such as Mark Andy, Symjet, and MPS.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed products.
  • Monitor press operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations throughout the printing process.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of narrow web flexographic printing processes and equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
