Pay Range: $19 $22/hour upon conversion to full-time. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Location: Melbourne, FL 32901
• Work Arrangement: Field / Onsite
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Overtime Required)
• On-Call: 24x7 rotation after training (approximately 60 days)
• Assignment Duration: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire
• Experience Level: 3 Years
• Travel Requirement: 0 100 miles per day within approximately a 25-mile service radius

• Field Support Platform: Fieldvision
• Provide onsite break/fix support for desktops, laptops, servers, and printers at customer locations
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues on supported devices
• Travel to customer locations to perform scheduled and emergency service calls
• Meet customer service expectations while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Install, maintain, and support desktop hardware, laptops, servers, and printers
• Accurately document completed service activities and technical work performed
• Utilize personal transportation, smartphone with hotspot capability, laptop (until company-issued equipment is available), and basic hand tools
• Participate in overtime assignments as business needs require
• Support weekend, evening, and staggered work schedules when necessary
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation after completing the required training period
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards while delivering onsite technical support
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal support teams

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have; 3 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, and printers
• Strong PC hardware break/fix experience
• Large Format printer repair experience
• LaserJet printer repair experience
• Desktop, laptop, and printer troubleshooting and repair
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to 100 miles per day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in crouched/kneeling positions
• Ability to work independently in a field environment
• 3 years of desktop, laptop, and printer support experience
• Strong PC hardware troubleshooting and repair skills
• Large Format printer repair experience
• LaserJet printer repair experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service territory
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical field work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Server hardware support experience
• CompTIA A Certification
• OEM Printer Warranty Certifications
• OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications
• Experience working in an on-call support environment
