Job Description We are seeking a Printer Technician to join our team supporting HP PC and Printer break/fix services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hardware diagnostics and repair for laptops, desktops, RPOS, workstations, and printers and a proven ability to resolve onsite incidents, educate customers, and manage critical service events within contractual and budget parameters. Responsibilities: Perform onsite break/fix for PCs and printers, including unit repair and parts replacement. Configure hardware, software, and simple network components per customer requirements.

Troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues, including third-party software, networks, and switches as needed. Partner with escalation personnel to execute technical action plans to remediate PC and print issues. Manage multiple service events, prioritize tasks, and meet contractual SLAs and budget objectives.

Educate customers on technology use and set clear expectations to ensure satisfaction. Complete administrative tasks with accuracy, including documentation and parts tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on technical/mechanical hardware repair experience with PCs; printer repair knowledge is a plus.

Ability to use tools and alignment apparatus with strong mechanical aptitude. Proficient troubleshooting of hardware, basic software, and simple network components. Strong interpersonal communication skills for customer-facing onsite interactions.

Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently while adhering to procedures and standards. Understanding of financial impact and business decision-making in service delivery. Physical ability to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, holidays, and non-traditional shifts. High School diploma or equivalent with additional hardware technology training; college preferred. Preferred Skills: Printer break/fix experience.
