Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of our property, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Duties:

  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks
  • Pressure washing all areas on property
  • Maintain grounds and common areas
  • Ensure that all outdoor areas are clean, tidy, and free from debris
  • Operate power tools and equipment to perform groundskeeping tasks
  • Remove weeds and pests from outdoor spaces
  • Assist with the installation of new landscaping features
  • Maintain pathways, walkways, and parking lots by sweeping and removing litter
  • Detailing the entirety of the property

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping preferred
  • Knowledge of lawn care techniques and garden maintenance practices
  • Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including but not limited to: hot/cold pressure washers, blowers, disk scrubber
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems and their operation
  • Proficiency in using hand tools for landscaping tasks
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
