Position Summary

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for building a structured, data-driven maintenance program that improves uptime, reduces downtime, and supports operational growth. The Maintenance Manager will transition the department from reactive repair to a preventive and predictive maintenance environment, while ensuring equipment reliability, facility safety, and cost control. Success in this role is defined by measurable improvements in uptime, cost management, team capability, and system implementation.

Core Responsibilities

Preventitive & Predictive Maintenance Implementation

  • Implement a documented Preventive Maintenance (PM) program covering 100% of critical production assets.
  • Establish asset registry with equipment criticality ranking.
  • Achieve ≥ 98% schedule compliance.
  • Reduce unplanned downtime by 25% from baseline.
  • Reduce emergency work orders to < 30% of total work orders.
  • Creation and fostering a preventive/predictive environment.


Work Order & Maintenance Tracking System
