The Impact You’ll Make

We are looking for an entry level, dedicated, motivated candidate eager to learn the exciting field of facilities maintenance with a world class maintenance team in the growing future of indoor farming! The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, team player with great people and collaboration skills, who promotes a team atmosphere, applies root cause analysis principles, and supports process improvements in our fast paced always growing culture.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Perform daily facility walkthroughs and inspections
  • Perform setup and disassembly of production equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Maintain tools, supplies, and clean organized work areas
  • Operate powered industrial equipment as necessary
  • Utilize CMMS to open/close workorders, schedule PM’s, create workorders to meet workflow and compliance KPI’s
  • Follow all safety and food safety requirements, PPE, LOTO, while culturing a safe work environment
  • Safely work in heights, on ladders, in scissor lifts, and boom lifts
  • Safely work in tight, constricted locations, and confined space
  • Willingness to attend company sponsored training to build related skillsets
  • Ownership of a functional process area
  • Work cross functionally and maintain good working relationships with all members of the organization
  • Flexibility to work any shift as workloads and shifts change to support our operation
  • Other duties as assigned


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Trade school certification or college degree (preferred)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proven record of good attendance
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment such as scissor and fork lifts[ (preferred)
  • Ability to use and navigate computers, software, and Human Machine Interfaces
  • Ability to regularly lift 75lbs unassisted, bend, stretch, crawl, utilize manual dexterity, navigate ladders/catwalks, scaffolds, stand and/or walk for long periods of time without limitation
  • Flexibility in working hours including weekends, off-schedule, on-call, and overtime


What Makes You Successful Here

  • Welding: mig, tig, stick, aluminum, stainless steel
