Housewrights is a premier residential design-build firm known for delivering high-quality new homes, additions, and remodels. We're growing and looking for a Preconstruction Administrator / Estimator to play a key role in turning great design into successful construction projects.
This is a high-impact role at the center of our preconstruction process - ideal for someone who enjoys estimating, coordinating with subcontractors, and working closely with both clients and project teams.

What You'll Do
  • Lead preconstruction coordination from design handoff through project kickoff
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate project estimates
  • Solicit and level subcontractor bids
  • Build clear, client-facing proposals with defined scope, allowances, and pricing
  • Coordinate walkthroughs, permitting, and preconstruction schedules
  • Assemble contracts and manage project documentation
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure a smooth handoff to construction
  • Support active projects with change order pricing and site visits
