Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a high-performing team supporting an Army customer. This position requires a DOD Secret Clearance. This Power Platform Developer will work as part of a team that develops and delivers Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and data visualization solutions to the government customer.This role provides Power Platform Developer support to a dynamic organization supporting the Army. The government customer team works in partnership with the DSA team and subcontractors to provide a cohesive support model to a varied customer base. Team members are respected and recognized for their role on the team. There is potential for professional development and career growth for motivated candidates.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Customer engagement experience, ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs
  • 3-5 years Power Apps development and delivery experience 
  • 1-5 years of Power Automate experience focusing on business process automation
  • Advanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience with proven understanding of how SharePoint fits into the ecosystem of M365
  • Foundational knowledge (with some experience) in Power Pages, Dataverse, Premium Capacities
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision
  • COMPTIA Security + certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)
  • Computing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400 other related certifications can be considered) - Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience building model driven applications in Power Apps
  • Data Architecture experience
  • Experience supporting and interacting with Senior Leaders or Executive level
  • Understanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces
  • Ability to work with ambiguous and/or limited requirements
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and receptive to constructive feedback
  • PowerBI Development experience
  • Understanding of data visualization solutions and data modeling

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate solutions
  • Direct engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectations
  • Design, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas Power Apps to support and enhance program and organization operations.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power
  • Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity.
  • Author and contribute to technical documentation
  • Author and deliver reference and training resources
  • Customer engagement
  • Requirements, definition and documentation
  • User acceptance testing (UAT)
